An Adorable Husky Dog Was Tied To A Fence In His Backyard For Five Days After His Owners Abandoned Him When They Moved
It is terrible to accept that humans still mistreats animals and that incidents of animal abuse continue to occur, as the example of the dog that spent five days chained to a fence, despite the fact that there are many individuals in the world who stand up for animal rights.
Being a pet owner comes with a lot of responsibility, which is why stricter rules are required to teach people how to handle them. A couple made the decision to tie their dog to a fence in their backyard despite the fact that there are currently rules in place and we are aware of your rights.

According to reports, the couple relocated from their home state to another, promising to pick up the dog after their possessions were unpacked. However, they never showed up.
The dog, named Carter, seems to find a lifelong home in Roselle, New Jersey, with Curtis Swan and Aaleyah Clay. Unfortunately, the Popcorn Park Animal Refuge nature sanctuary conveyed bad news regarding the dog on December 4.

Due to a major neck injury, Carter had been brought to their facilities for immediate medical assistance.

The dog, formerly known as Jon Snow, had been chained to him for five days, and all indications were that his family had abandoned him.

Carter was entirely ignored by the couple once they moved in, and this continued until an animal control officer looked into the situation.

The Husky was found to have a significant and infected open wound encircling his neck, which was brought on by being tied to the yard fence for such a prolonged period of time, when the officer arrived at the scene to investigate. The police department was informed right away by the officer.
