Random Horse Enters Guy’s House And Establishes Herself
In Dunedin, New Zealand, the neighborly spirit is plainly alive and strong.
Just ask Sharq, the nice neighborhood horse.
Sharq snuck away from her owner’s house the other day to go for a walk around the neighborhood. Nobody knows what kind of experiences she had along the road, but we do know where she ended up.
Sharq ended her quest by walking into a stranger’s home and soon making herself at home.
What’s more astonishing, maybe, is how unfazed Sharq was by his arrival.
Here’s what the homeowner who found himself unexpectedly hosting a horse had to say on Facebook:
Despite taking a few liberties as an unwanted visitor, Sharq had met someone who would welcome her into his family if she needed it.
Sharq’s owner, Ben Telfer-Hynes, was alerted to what his horse had done thanks to that post. Surprisingly, it didn’t come as a complete surprise.
“She’s an inside horse,” Telfer-Hynes told The Dodo, “so it came as no surprise to me when I discovered her lurking inside this man’s home.” “I’m so delighted she was able to find such a nice spot to call home for a bit.”
