A Woman Left An Animal Protector As Heirs And They Will Create A Sanctuary

Without a doubt, Josefina Rivero (1932-2015) was a compassionate person who always wanted the Association for the Defense of Animal Rights and Nature in Candelaria (ADDANCA) in Spain to care for her beloved dog Willy after she passed away. Unfortunately, Willy passed away in 2005, and the animal protection society lost touch with Rivero ever since.

Director of ADDANCA Teresa González confirmed:

“We never imagined we would be Josefina’s heirs,”

But after a year has passed since the woman’s passing, ADDANCA has discovered that they are the woman’s universal heirs.

Two homes that are up for sale make up the inheritance.

We are unable to utilize them to house animals.

The proceeds from the sale will be used by the animal protection group to establish a sanctuary for canines and felines that have been abandoned entirely after the passing of their human parents. They also hope to assist elderly animals that are unable to be left in the care of a shelter due to their unique needs.

It had never happened before for a canary to bequeath her inheritance to a protector; up until this point, they had all been outsiders.

Josefina always kept a positive rapport with the ADDANCA volunteers.

We never believed it to be real because such statements are frequently made but seldom come to pass.
