Dog That Accompanied A Young Woman In All Her Classes Graduates With Honors

Griffin, Brittany Hawley’s devoted service dog of 4 years, accompanied her to every lesson she ever attended. Griffin would bring her her phone if she needed it. Griffin was there to assist her even when she was meeting patients as part of her internship.

So it seems sense that Griffin would be there again to celebrate with her when she obtained her occupational therapy master’s degree from Clarkson University in New York, complete with his own honorary degree.

In addition to having chronic pain, anxiety, and despair, Brittany also needs a wheelchair. She claims that two weeks before to starting at the institution, she met Griffin, who quickly became a close friend and companion.

He accompanied her the entire race, carrying her belongings and assisting her with activities of everyday living like opening doors, turning on lights, and bringing stuff. Griffin’s consolation is crucial, though, as he has been her main source of comfort during this entire ordeal.
