Family Reunites With Their Missing Shih Tzu For A Little Over 8 Years, When It Was Lost From The Garden Of Their House

When Roxy, a little dog, vanished from her yard in the spring of 2013, when she was only 3 years old, Magdalena Klubczuk gave up looking for her after a while. Roxy vanished from her garden a little over 8 years ago.

Magdalena and her family reportedly reside in Connah’s Quay, Flintshire (UK), according to the Daily Post. The woman recalled spending two weeks hunting for Roxy and even calling many local veterinarians in an effort to learn more about her location.

After some time, Magdalena accepted the possibility that her pet Roxy would not return home and speculated that her puppy had possibly passed away.

Unbelievably, Roxy, now 10 years old, was found roaming aimlessly around the streets on New Year’s Eve about 11 p.m. and was transferred to Skylor’s Animal Rescue in North Wales, UK.

When Dawn Taylor, who oversees the Dobshill rescue facility, checked the tiny Shih Tzu for an identity microchip, she was able to obtain Magdalena’s contact information and get in touch with her right once. That it was her long-lost Shih Tzu made her speechless.

Maggie stated:

“I informed them that it was not feasible when I received the call. I was so astonished when she told me she couldn’t even speak. She was really shocked. When I understood he was referring about Roxy, I really informed him that wasn’t possible because she was sitting on the couch next to me.

Roxy spent the night in the care of Skylor’s Animal Rescue, where she received food and a health test. Dawn found Roxy’s mammary tumor during Roxy’s examination.
