Police Dog Is Overjoyed When He Realizes He’s Getting A Special Treat

Many of us may relate to working really hard all day and then REALLY wanting a sweet treat (or a drink) at the end of it all — and it appears that police dogs feel the same way.

After a long, hot day in Fishers, Indiana, one of the Fishers Police Department’s K9 handlers felt his furry buddy deserved a special treat. They went to Handel’s Ice Cream & Yogurt Shop together…

…and as soon as the lucky dog saw the stand, he ran away, ecstatic for his well-deserved reward.

The staff observed the enthusiastic police dog approaching the stall and swiftly created a special vanilla ice cream cone particularly for him. As he closed the door, they placed it on the counter…

…and he sprang to his feet and began sucking it down as quickly as he could.

Everyone surrounding the industrious police dog was ecstatic to see him enjoy his ice cream cone, and everyone around him was ecstatic to witness his happiness.
