Dogs Insist On Traveling In The Ambulance To Accompany Their Owner To The Hospital

A crew of paramedics in the Brazilian city of Bauru received information about a man who need immediate assistance last week. When they arrived, they saw the man laying on the ground, evidently having had a major seizure.

When the paramedics arrived, they discovered that the man was not alone; his two dogs, Bob and Chiara, were by his side. They were both looking after his best friend and had no intention of abandoning him, as they were a tight family.

When the guy was carried into the ambulance, the two dogs chose to follow in their owner’s footsteps, much to everyone’s amazement.

The paramedics notified their supervisors that the entire gang would go in the ambulance after they made it plain that they would not desert their master.

Patricia Iolanda, a paramedic supervisor, said on Facebook:

“The team chose not to separate the pals because they were concerned for the patient’s and the dogs’ lives [if they had been left alone].”

So they all went to the hospital, and when they arrived, they took the man to the emergency room, but the two dogs were left outside.

Bob and Chiara sat outside the door, hoping to be near their closest friend until he returned.

The devoted dogs had to wait the remainder of the day and night, but the next day, the best painkiller was administered to their hearts. The man was cleared by staff and able to return to his beloved pets after healing from the trauma and being watched by specialists.

The puppies were ecstatic to see their closest friend again, and every minute of waiting had been well worth it for them.

Patricia expressed herself as follows:

“I don’t know what else to call it if this isn’t love.”

Every day, paramedics deal with a variety of situations, but seeing these kind of cases demonstrates what true love is.
