Three Teenagers Come Upon An Abused Dog On The Side Of The Road And Try To Save His Life

Three teens were out on a bike ride in Acadia Parish, Louisiana (United States) when they came across an injured dog on the side of the road and stopped to aid; the unfortunate canine was lying on the grass and unable to walk.

When they saw him, the three young men got off their motorcycles and approached the dog to find out what was going on and how they could help him, according to Just Something. They understood his situation was critical when he was lifeless.

The young people saw that he need medical assistance and chose to contact Haseya’s New Beginning Animal Rescue, who came at the scene shortly after being contacted.

The youths surrounded the animal with their bicycles, constructing a barrier to keep it safe from the passing automobiles. They intended to offer the unfortunate puppy some comfort as they waited for relief.

Despite his agony and tiredness, the dog seemed to recognize the guys as potential rescuers and was staring at them with hope. When rescuers came, they examined his injuries and drove him away in a car.

They were able to assist him by giving him pain killers and checking his wounds at the shelter. The dog looked to have been struck by a car and suffered leg and hip injuries. The unfortunate animal would not have lived if the lads hadn’t phoned and waited by his side.

The dog was given the name “Wade” by the shelter personnel, but it was later revealed that he had a family and his name was Taz. His family had been seeking for him for a week and could only be glad and pleased to see him again when they discovered him.
