Every time she sees her human friend, Port Jackson Shark Swims Up To Him And Asks For Cuddles

Sharks may be sociable, cute, and a wonderful companion. This story’s Port Jackson shark exemplifies this point. The large fish finds a method to show her affection for her human companion. When she sees him diving close, she swims over to him and asks for cuddles.

The shark’s buddy is an Australian diver named Nick Anderson. When the shark was a pup, the two first met 7 years ago. The guy decided to approach the animal softly, tap her on the shoulder, and speak soothingly to her.

“I slowly approached her so as not to startle her, then began to pat her softly. I’d hold her in my hand and talk soothingly to her through my regulator after she became used to me,” he told The Dodo.

Since then, Nick and the lovely marine creature have formed a unique relationship. He even gave his shark pal a name, and he recognizes her by her markings.

Until we see these photographs, many of us will not believe in this wonderful friendship. Humans and sharks can get along fine. It’s pure and precious.

Nick’s shark friend comes him every time he goes diving, asking for a touch and a snuggle. Over the last seven years, this greeting has remained constant.

“I don’t feed her or any of the other sharks,” says the narrator. She became used to me, to the point that she will swim up to me and tap my legs until I extend my arms out for her to lie on for a cuddle as I pass.” Rick stated his opinion.
