Her Rescuer Follows Mother Cat to Her Injured Baby
A stray mother cat convinced a rescuer to let her back out so she could bring her kids to safety.
A mother cat with two kittens emerged from a garage, according to a lady in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The nice lady welcomed the tiny family inside, but the mother insisted on being let out again. She walked right back to the garage once the door was open and brought out five additional kittens one by one!
The lady felt that calling VOKRA for assistance was the best option, and today this large cat family is in good hands at their foster home. They observed that one of the babies walked a little differently soon after they took in the furry family.
“Mom is extremely lovely, and her mix of kids are likely no more than 4 weeks old,” Maria, who is caring for the kittens, adds. One of the tiny guys, however, has a severely injured rear limb and is missing his foot. The wound has been infected for a time, but with little TLC, he should be able to resume his usual life.”
To assist the tiny cat with the damaged leg recover, the caregiver must immerse his limb in a specific liquid.
They’ve been fondly nicknamed him Long John Silver because of his beautiful silver fur! And nothing can stop him, even if a portion of his rear limb is gone!
